McCain Will Capture Osama bin Laden

The Republicans are celebrating their 3-day National Convention hosted in St. Paul, Minneapolis where it features John McCain's speech accepting the Republican Party's nomination for the presidency.  Through the course of the convention, their candidate John McCain said that if elected president, he will capture al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden. "President Clinton had opportunities to get Osama bin Laden. President Bush had opportunities to get Osama bin Laden. I know how to do it and I'll do it.
